How to configure the additional domain controller
Main server Additional server

For both servers backup process with done by Sysvol role only IP: 192.168.36.99 IP: 192.168.36.100255.255.255.0 (sub net mask) 255.255.255.0 (sub net mask)192.168.36.2 Default Gateway 192.168.36.2 Default gate way192.168.36.99 Preffered dns 192.168.36.100 Preffered dns192.168.36.100 Alternet Dns 192.168.36.99 Alternet Dns
1.How to check the which is the main server and which is the back up server by command ? Open ||Run Prompt and type cmd press enter ||type blow command ||net accounts press enter it will show like this below names eg :Primary (main server)Backup (Additional domain controller) server (only server os is installed or it may be member server )
Step 1configuring additional domain controller on the server 2 requirements :Server operating 2K12 operating systemstatic ipclose the firewall in both machines (not in real time)Step 2Check the connection between server 1 and server 2Step 3Go to server computer ||log on as admin ||go to server manager ||click on add roles ||Next ||Next || Next ||Active directory domain services ||Active directory domain services ||Next ||Next || Next ||Install
Step 4Under the server manager ||click on the yellow triangle ||click on promote this server domain controller ||Select add a domain controller to existing domain ||give the domain name eg " google.com ||click on change ||give the admin id & password || Next ||under the dsrm give the new admin & password and confirm password ||Next ||Next ||in front of replication select first name ||Next ||Next ||Next ||Install
after installation machine will be automatically restarted after that go to ADDS and check the roles and user are updated are not ...
